  • A chance to try out Lauren’s Rock n Wrap Dance Fitness classes:  Exercise for adults carrying babies or bellies! at 4pm
  • Learn about the importance of mobility during and after pregnancy from Homewood Friends and Family Chiropractors at 3:30 pm
  • A baby wearing fashion show at 3pm
  • Question and answer sessions with
  • A doula station where you can meet doulas and ask all your questions about what doulas do, why it matters and how this can help you in your birth.

  • A breastfeeding station set up by Birmingham’s La Leche League leaders where you can sit and feed your baby, get help and questions answered and find information about breastfeeding support groups in Birmingham.
