Cancellation & Transfer Policy

Full Refunds: Cancel at least 30 days before your first class to receive a full refund, minus a $50 handling fee.

Transfers: After the 30 day window, you may transfer your registration once to a future BirthWell Partners training, as long as it takes place within one year of your cancellation date. Please note, doing so does not guarantee you a spot in the next training. If the training is already full, you will be added to the waitlist.

Transfers requested 10 days or fewer before the workshop or during the workshop will incur a $100 transfer fee.

Can’t attend? You’re welcome to gift your registration to someone else.

No-Shows: If you don’t attend and haven’t canceled or transferred your registration in advance, no refund will be issued.
