Childbirth Class
Join us for a free, in-person childbirth class taught by a Lamaze-certified instructor. You'll learn about what happens in the last weeks of pregnancy, the stages of labor, how to share your preferences with medical staff, and some basic comfort techniques for coping with the sensations of birth. Registration is required.

Grandparent's Class
Expecting a new grandchild? A lot has probably changed since you were a new parent! This class will help you get up to speed with current information about hospital labor & delivery procedures, newborn sleep & feeding, as well as prepare you to take care of your child as they recover from giving birth. ACTT Workshops
Developed by the Black Coalition for Safe Motherhood, ACTT Workshops are designed to help maternity care consumers learn more about their rights and practice self-advocacy skills so they are active participants in their care.
