Community Classes

These classes are a great way to learn more about what we do and how we help families with compassionate doula care. If you're thinking about having a doula, it’s the perfect time to ask questions and find out how we can support you through pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. Whether you want to explore birth options or learn ways to relieve pain during labor, we’ve got you covered. Feel free to bring your support person with you! You do not have to be a BirthWell Partners client to attend- anyone is welcome!

In this group, you’ll find:

Community & Connection – Meet other parents navigating similar challenges.

Encouragement & Support – Share your experiences in a non-judgmental environment.

Resources & Guidance – Learn practical tips for managing newborn care, feeding, sleep, and self-care.
