Please email Rebecca to get approval for your payment plan before you make a payment.

Our birth doula workshops can get FULL well before the registration deadline!

 

Once the workshop is full, you can be added to our wait list for the workshop by making a refundable payment. Please know that you have to make the full payment at the time that the spot opens up.

 

Check with Rebecca to see workshop status. It is not uncommon for people to have to cancel or defer their registration at the last minute.

If a spot in the doula workshop opens up, we will contact people on the wait list.

Cancellation policy

  • Full Refunds: Cancel at least 30 days before your first class to receive a full refund, minus a $50 handling fee.

  • Transfers: After the 30 day window, you may transfer your registration once to a future BirthWell Partners training, as long as it takes place within one year of your cancellation date.

    • ​Transfers requested 10 days or fewer before the workshop will incur a $100 transfer fee.​

    • Can’t attend? You’re welcome to gift your registration to someone else.

  • No-Shows: If you don’t attend and haven’t canceled or transferred your registration in advance, no refund will be issued.
